Hi Guys
I have a scott ransom with fox 38 and mullet and intend on keeping this and am happy with it.

I want to add an emtb
the 2 I have got it down to are

Specialized turbo levo comp alloy.
I will change the front fork to the fox 38 factory on this
so this makes it $11500 AUD

Orbea Wild H20
I will order with the fox shock and performance fork
so this makes it $12500 AUD

This will be my after work ride bike where I will get an hour to blast the hills from where I live, I currently ride my scott there and it great but I get 1 run in and I am buggered. It will also be used to tow my 9 and 12 year old boys from time to time.

Do you have any opinion on what is the better quality or better riding bike

cheers

I'd lean towards the Wild for the reliability of the Bosch CX and I like Shimano gears better. The Sram gears are fine once you add a GX AXS upgrade kit but Shimano will work just as well without it. Difficult choice between the bikes though.

I run the axs on my scott and would eventually change to the sram transmission.

There is also great dealer support for the levo and not as much for the Orbea here in SA AUS

You should also be able to get a dealer discount on the Levo on top of the manufacturer special - ask if they can make it worth your while staying with the older Levo vs going for the new Wild?
