19 Levo Purchase - Used Expert Carbon or base comp + extras

Found a dealer selling a used 19 expert for 9.2k (11.5k new here in Aus).

Other option is buy a new base comp, fox 36, Öhlins coil, fox dropper, 650b rear wheel for not much more initially then upgrade brakes later. I do like the yellow colour better than the expert colour.

Would be the base be a mistake?

Just get the base model and buy the 700wh battery and sell the 500wh battery that's what we did although we got the model above the base so we have the dropper post as well
