Hi, After lots of scare stories when I first got my July 2019 TL Expert and 1,000 miles done I can report zero motor or battery issues. During that time the motor has been submerged in flood water with zero ingress, been used in minus temps and although its not done major miles, I tend to use my unpowered hardtail for local rides, it has behaved superbly. It did in fairness shutdown once after I left the bike laying in full sun while having a break, rode 2-3 miles unassisted on flat tow path and it kicked back in again. . Bike has handled Lakes, Torridon and Cairngorms and 900+ metres of climb and around 38 miles and still got me back with 10% remaining. So as a long term report I can't fault this bike.
