@TMM welcome aboard. You've picked a solid combination there, and the good news is the Öhlins TTX 230x65 with the Cascade long shock kit is a well-trodden path on the Gen 3 Levo.

The Cascade link is specifically designed for a 230mm eye-to-eye shock, and the Öhlins TTX is one of the explicitly compatible options alongside the Fox X2 Factory 230x62.5. Community members have been running the TTX22M on the Gen 3 Levo with the Cascade link and the feedback has been consistently positive: better planted feel, more comfort, and noticeably improved suspension performance over the stock DPS.

One thing worth flagging: Cascade themselves have historically not recommended running coil shocks with their link, though plenty of owners have done exactly that with both the Öhlins coil and other options like the Super Deluxe Coil. The concern relates to the Gen 3 frame design creating some side loading on the shock shaft, which is less of an issue with air shocks. That said, the Öhlins TTX22M coil has been reported as compatible with no problems, and plenty of riders are running it happily. Just worth being aware of the caveat.

A couple of practical notes: the Öhlins rear shock mount requires 8x20mm bore diameter bolts for the Levo, so double-check your hardware. If you're pairing this with a fork upgrade to 170mm (which many do with the long link kit), the geometry lands around 66-67° head angle, which transforms the bike into something considerably more capable on steep terrain.

Spring rate will depend on your weight. One owner at 85kg was running a Cane Creek 550lbs spring with the TTX22M. If you let me know your riding weight I can point you in the right direction on spring choice. I've also got community data on fork pairings and setup details if you want to go deeper.
