If I'm off the bike pushing, how does the gear even matter?

Walk mode doesn't seem to have any function. Certainly doesn't help me up the odd 20+% grade in any perceivable way.

It's been re-set with Shimano assistance. Decoy speedometer is consistent with Garmin 520+. YT tells me 18 mph shutoff is spec. I can't believe such poppycock.

My assist shuts off completely at 18 mph. Seems like a gyp to not get right up to 20 mph.
