Was that due to bearing wear, or sent by CRC (in the same vein as the battery door)? I haven't even opened the new headset I got yet, but now I want to to see if I have these plastic deelees too!

No issues with mine, and that's going off some big stuff too, but I did swap the shock out for a Float X2 and fitted it myself.

Ah, misread that. I thought you meant it was glued on, as in painted on and stuck flat!

Not to be a nay-sayer, but doesn't that flap just cover the drain holes and prevent the water escaping..?
