That came with the CX Gen4 motor (non smart) which is not know for having the 1:1 error.
Newest firmware for that motor is 1.1.5.0 and was available since 2020.

How old is the bike and/or firmware?
Some years back Bosch had a 1:1 problem. When chainring and cog on the cassette had identical numbers of teeth, then the system would throw an error. This has been solved for some time now.

For the Gen3 motor Bosch offers a component connector as part of an ABS. That component connector offers two additional connectors. One is intended for an eShift system and the second one for any other 12V 1A device. Maybe the original owner removed this connector.

The problem is much more basic: Bosch simply doesn’t broadcast any relevant sensor data over BLE based on an industry standard format. They use a proprietary format which only their own displays can read and prefer cable connection over wireless.
