This fell off yesterday which was a bit of a bummer but it meant that I had chance to use the small bunch of cable ties I’ve been carrying around in my bag for 12 months.
It’s not a perfect fix, shifting is slightly limited/non existent but it did get me home.

I agree with Columbo and I think you’ve hit the nail on the head yourself already, even though it’s an obvious one I also found it tricky to stop peddling all the time when I got my eBike but it’ll save you some money (for no real results in the pedal strike department) if you do.

I found my Impreza a lot easier. Learning characteristics of the bike isn’t all that hard but applying it all on every different surface or obstacle in all the different conditions the uk has to offer is where I find it more tricky.
