Thanks, I'll use those figures as a baseline and see if I can come up with my own tables.
Begs the question tho, if it's that important, why dont the supplied chargers go to 80%?
If it wasn't so environmentally negligent, you'd think the manufacturers want us to ruin battries early so we buy...
How do you charge to 80% anyway? I've had Bosch and Shimano chargers that do not appear to have this facility. Do you put them on a timer or check every hour until you have 4/5 bars?
Same HT...unless I won loads of money in which case I'd be a cool kid like iXi and get a Levo (whatever that is)...
That said, if I did, I'd probably injure myself trying to live up to it.
My Cube HT has a stand like that. It won't slow me down and it poses no extra hazard than I do. It does rattle sometimes...
All my trailbikes had kickstands and I've had a few. In an MX race, sure remove all superfluous kit.
We do seem to have a lot of hardcore professional racers on here tho so...
Hey Jeff, I am similar age - a north-wester so I piddle around Bunya and Samford on my Cube. Had mine 5 weeks and not seen another emtb - during the weekdays anyway.
I have a HT tho so they are probably avoiding me :)
I'm a 50+ Queenslander that's just taken the plunge with a Cube Reaction Hybrid Eagle 500.
I wouldn't get too bothered about the FS elitism here - I know my skill/daring/stupidity factor means it's highly unlikely I'll be venturing into territory where i'd need FS, so it would just be an extra...
