Just got a Levociraptor Gen 2 I use iOS 15.4.1 (latest firmware) and BLEvo (latest firmware).
The problem I’m seeing is when the timer is up on crash detection, a white box pops up asking to “confirm ok” which is pretty pointless if you’re unconscious and even if you press the ok to...
Spoke to my LBS, they charge £120 to strip and rebuild and I know of two places charging £350 to paint it properly. Total £470 GBP
Euros 563. Alot less than even Euros 1000!
£500 all in is what it should cost you realistically. 1hr to strip the components and 2hrs to rebuild = approx £150 labour. Leaving £350 to sand a paint! Unless you're going for some sort of extreme air brush paint job!
I must be super lucky.... still on my original motor... Levo 2019 Expert purchased from Berks Cycles in Oct 2018, (3 years old this month) gets ridden at least twice a week locally (Swinley Forest) and plenty of trips to South Downs, Wales and FoD! Only had 1x power cable replaced in the...
Their reputation precedes them. Hands down the best service you could ask for! I'm so lucky to have Chris, Becks and the great team as my LBS :)
The nicest people as well!
Well done Berkshire Cycles keep up the great work!
Yes that may well sort the issue, I note the all Levo and the Stumpjumpers including the S-Works all come with Steel chainrings.
Just back from a 40km ride and the chainsuck wasn't too bad today, mainly because the lube didn't get washed off with this lovely frozen ground. It's running so fast...
This was my plan to just buy another chain anyway. The e11 EPT is fine when it's freshly lube, it just gets very catchy when the lube washes away on wet rides. Clutch on SRAM rear mech seems to working as should. Just seems strange this only started happening after fitting the EPT chain. On...
Not the chainring... the "CHAIN" has a rough grippy finish to it! Thats why I believe these EPT (anti rust) variant chains are the issue here.
Is anyone else using these KMC e11 EPT chains and having the same issue ?
Nothing wrong with the cheaper BUCKLO chainring. If you read my post it was doing it with the HOPE chainring in the first place.
I’m sure the issue is down to the “EPT” (anti rust material used for this chain)
When completely clean and free from any type of lubricant it has a rough grippy...
Only did one ride with the old Hope chainring before changing it to a brand new Chainring same direct mount and same offset. New chain is still undamaged or stretched.
The original lube on a new chain is supposed to be the best. Anyway it’s when the chain looses all the applied lube that the...
