I don't think the Charger 3 is backwards compatible, unless they haven't updated the websites yet? You can buy the upgrade but it says only compatible with 2022 forks - I was looking at hte 3 and bought the 2.1 instead

Is there a reason the shock is that way round? I don't think it matters but I've never seen one that way up before!

I mean you can't speak for everyone, I'd love to try it and see if I think it's worth it. I think in a few years when they've managed to make it less bulky it'll probably be the default on high end e-mtbs

Got myself a new Super Deluxe Ultimate rear shock for £150 from Wiggle - they're clearing the 2021/22 stock in preparation for the new 2023 models so it's time to get a bargain! Also picked up a Charger 2.1 RC2 Damper for my Lyriks so it's been a good day for suspension for me hah!

How old is the 83% battery out of interest? They tend to have a warranty as it should take a certain time to get to that percentage, worth checking!

Do you think 170mm from 150mm would be ok then? It's not like I NEED 170mm 90% of the time but it might be nice to have, given the motor negates the climbing issue.

Good to hear! I think I'm going to got 160mm as I think the new damper means the fork sits higher in the travel anyway so it'll be like getting a 20mm upgrade

I currently have the basic Lyrik 150mm forks on my Spectral:On 2021 and was going to upgrade them with the new 2.1 Damper and whilst I'm at it, upgrade the travel. The Lyrik can go up to 180mm but I was looking at 160 or 170mm. I wondered if anyone has the specs anywhere that state the max...

Like with all Adidas shoes, put them in the washing machine with a towel to dampen the noise, cold cycle with detergent and that'll do the trick

I have the Spectral version so it has 29" front and less suspension but it's the same frame. It's lovely to ride downhill, even with only 150mm up front, however it can be hard to keep the front down on steep uphills unless you stay sat down. I might upgrade the suspension at some point to make...
