Is anyone else having an issue with the latest bosch update, it has downloaded to the app but when I go through the process of updating the bike it gets so far through then update failed comes up on the kiox and the bike switches off. Tried it multiple times but same issue.
My mistake, I must have used a torx to tighten it the last time I put the axle in and it had created ridges stopping the 5mm allen going in. Sorted now.
What is everyone using for loosening/tightening their rear axle, the manual says its a 5mm Hex but mines appears to be a torx, have tried a T30 torx bit and it works but it isn't tight in the hole, it's like it's for a torx bit with bigger teeth on it.
I mainly use Eco on the up's (change to trail later in the run when the legs are tired) use trail on the downs, rarely use boost unless its super steep.
Eco set 40% 30Nm, Trail 80% 70Nm, Boost 200% 70Nm
Even if you can find the correct bearing for the bottom cup you will struggle to get it in due to the block lock. Only real option is buying a replacement headset from acros.
Has anyone managed to change the bearings in the Acros headset ?
Apart from acros and richey does anyone else make a blocklock headset or has anybody replaced with a normal headset.
There is also a couple of pivot points that come from the factory that could do with being regreased.

Water in and around the battery electrical connections, give it a clean and dry then smear some vasolene around the connections refit battery and should be good to go.
Have you used grease or vasolene, don't use grease unless it's specific electrical grease.
I used vasolene and absolutely caked both the battery side of the connections and the bike side.
Mine also happened after washing and it didn't look particular wet inside the frame, I blew everything out...
