I ride Galbriath, Anacortes, Mt Vernon. Park manager in Anacortes said I wasn't legal. When I asked what he was going to do about it he said tell me not to ride. I can live with that. Ride baby Ride.
So I have this, rode once on a sloppy day dirt got in between it and the frame where mounted. Blew it out with a compressor tried to use a small tool to get the gunk out and could not do it to stop rubbing without removing. Is this common?
Hi Paolo, really cools stuff. Do you say above that your app doesn't capture the heart rate from apple watch? So some other heart rate monitor must be used? Thanks!
Came from a older Stumpjumper with narrow bars. I think the wider bars don't have as natural a position for me. Seems to overload the inside/thumb. I just swapped out to a bit fatter and cushier grips and we will see. Cant remember name but here is a pic (maybe).
I am thinking to narrow my bars...
So, after spending for an emtb, I assumed my homeowners would cover it if stolen. It doesn't and I can't find anyone who does. Certain companies will write a policy just for it $600/yr!!!!!! Anyone have any success getting your bike covered under homeowners theft insurance? Sorry I know everyone...
Yeah, fortunately I called the City parks office and asked about riding in the forest lands. They said no problem. Not going to ask again:). Haven't been to Bellingham yet, but its not allowed there but people do it anyway. It was the same way with mountain bikes back in the 80's trail manors go...
IMO the levo feels more nimble. I came from a full suspension stump 26.6" and the levo 29er seems less nimble due to angles and wheels, but the kenebo seemed even less nimble. Ive had my turbo since August, and its got to be really tight for me to worry about it anymore.
My 32 year old son kept bugging me to get an emtb but I scoffed at him. I just need to loose a few lbs (ok more than a few). Finally tried a trek mmmeehh and then a 2019 turbo levo. Holy crap, I'm 62 and riding trails from my early 30's and nobody can keep up on the climbs, even on eco mode...
I've a Turbo Levo expert, great tip on the handle bars. I am going to look into carbon fiber, my hands are the only complaint I have about this amazing bike. Thanks!!
so did i, its freaking awesome! i'm 61 and it has opened up all the trails that I used to ride and they are fun again! I ride with youngsters in their 30's haha
