After 9months I've had motor replaced. Now I can't use top gear as chain slips. (surely it should be years not months) All other gears are fine to use. Have I a duff bike? I'm tempted to stray from Specialized for the cassette/chain. Any advice?

Motor cuts out after being renewed. We think it's the speed sensor. On order. Is it easy to replace?

New levo motor. Shop fitted but now does a few revolutions then stops. Speed sensor fault? Specialized sending yet another new motor.

Just a bit of advice. Bike being looked at tomorrow. But this gives me a heads up. Bike is 9mnths old. Been smooth until last week. Gears and teeth all fine. Its just started almost like chain slipping and crunching. I think it's definitely inside motor as chain/gears are fine. Any idea?
