In theory, you should be able to click on the subtitles icon to turn them on, then the cog/wheel and and click on subtitles then select Auto Generate and Select French.

This really does give a lot of companies more options, especially ones who were more tied into the Shimano eco system and their corporate suicide motor division :
The TCU bit is the same size, but not software compatible with the Spesh system (Tested). Motor is the same mount holes but the casing is slightly different, so it depends mainly if the battery would fit in the levo tube or if it's larger.
I couldn't resist one. Like the idea of something with the bafang motor with regard to tinkering and future maintenance. Looks like it will be an absolute stormer downhill and a really capable all round bike for everything. Everything's fairly simple and cheap to change when you wreck things...

I think you'll find a lot more information if you look in the actual forum rather than the articles. Search for TQ or look in the Trek Rail eXE thread and read all of that. There's lots of advice and ideas. Lots of bikes will give you maximum assistance with low input - most bikes on "turbo"...
I think weight and size would be the problems. The generator section would need to be large enough to capture 100% of the human effort, so if you imagined that as a motor for size comparison and how much it would have to create. Whilst many of us probably only put out 500w, many put out 1000w...
Looks like Ibis have extended their warranty on their frames, wheels and rims to "Lifetime" - of the original owner for "defects in materials and workmanship" - so not if you crash it.
This is backdated to 1st January 23, anything previous still has the 7 year warranty.
I've never been entirely convinced about belt drives on MTB, but I think I am slowly coming around.
