Hi guys. Down to 116kg now so lost 11kilos. This bike is one of the best things I ever bought!

I use the Bikehut 1600 lumens one from Halfords. Cost me £45 with BCC discount and it works a treat.

I am 116kg and Endura Humvee ll are perfect. I bought the XXXL when I was 127kg but since getting my Giant Trance, I have lost a heap of weight. Might have to look at a pair of XXL soon as I continue to lose weight.

I would say so. I put a Giant Trance e and my mate's XL Powerfly on my Thule XT3 Easyfold with no issues. I would recommend the 3 bike model over the 2 though for a couple e of reasons: 1. The carrier bar is higher on the 3 bike one(I think this makes mounting bikes easier, personally) 2...

Do these give you peripheral vision, for example looking over your shoulder?

I think as the market for ebikes expands rapidly, there will be new players coming in to the matket. At least, we can hope. Or Giant will make backwards compatible batteries of a higher wattage.

Thanks for that swift reply. I may be remembering incorrectly, but I had been looking at another thread for a booster battery (probably don't make them for my Giant anyway though!) I thought a contributor had said that the booster is about the same weight as a full water bottle. Maybe one day...

Difficult with a full suspension bike of any variety. If you are wanting to do some serious bike packing, forget a full sus emtb. Get yourself something like a Surly Long Haul Trucker and load it up!
