Then I guess it's the one way bearing. Same problem as I stated with my previous motor. However this time it got worse. When I use the pedal assist or thumb throttle I can hear the motor spin but nothing happens.

No clue yet. I guess the stator side has a nylon gear somewhere and it failed. I sent the motor to Bafang in Poland. Takes about week to get there.

My motor broke again. Last time at 3k km and new motor broke at 2.1k kms. Exactly the same way. This time it's under a warranty and will be sent to Bafang center in Poland

I got my new m560 750w motor from Chili. Noise level is the Sane as my older m560 was. However.. apparently Bafang has upgraded the torque sensor to the 3.0 version. The same as m560 RS motor. You can see the 3.4 marking on it. My old one had 2.1 in it.

My both m560 motors have worked perfectly out of the box. Nothing needed to be done. Greenbikekit gives the same 1 year warranty as Bafang does. Chili Shen gives 2 year warranty. Light carbon makes a frame for DJI and I think I have told you this before

You can order it with whatever wheel diameter you want but to change it you need besst. It's because you could easily make the bike illegal otherwise. The 28" wheel diameter is correct for 29" tires. Because it's based on the rim and not tire itself. It would vary too much based on a tire...

@Misenko @gsoros use Mobilith SHC 100 as grease. That @Dado short/video shows the m560 sound perfectly. Not sure if there is a way to dampen the sound. Greasing does nothing or very little to the sound though.

You will not be able to do that. Electronics would get greased.
