I have the EP801 with the 11 speed Di2 auto shift setup. One thing to point out it the 12 speed doesn't support auto shift so if you want that feature you need the 11 speed setup.

My bike is with a Shimano service centre at the moment and even they can't get it to work and said they would have to speak to Shimano on Monday for more info.
