not possible tachnically i think 410wh battery 12s2p so only 2cells working together when you load 500w at only two dischcharged cells voltage drops dramaticly ,bms cut off voltage and ride finished :)

This is bad ,U have less power and road assist characteristic ,get software for mtb then spend 150 usd for besst tool and flash it
