You obviously scored a great deal on your slash+. However, there are only a few limited sizes left of MY25. So anyone needing a medium and large, MY26 is the only option unless you can find one from a local Trek store or dealer.

Does anyone have any experience running a 170mm fork on this bike? Did it make any difference vs a 160mm fork? I'm asking because I recently upgraded a Lyric 160mm to 170mm on a Trek Remedy and it made a significant improvement. Just wondering the same for the EXe, without exceeding the fork...

How did you crack your rim? Do you have the carbon or alum variety?

Just and FYI, I had the same problem, but confirmed it wasn't the motor mounts. It turned out to be caused by the cranks. After adding some grease to the cranks where they attach to the spindle, creaking went away.

I removed the rubber protection, which peeled off easily. Installed the wrap and reapplied the protection. Either way works well.
