I loved my Kenevo andd Levo sl. The problem was not the bike it was all my buddies on full power bikes, I was just not able to keep up on the climbs and the range was very limiting if I ran in the higher assist modes so I eventually and reluctantly gave in and got a full power. It is what it is...
I am 5'11" #220 and have both and AmFlow Pro and a Gen 4 Levo Pro. Amflow in size large and Levo in S4. They both fit me perfect. You say the motor in the Amflow is better but that depends on what your definition of better is. The Amflow is definitly more powerful. The Levo motor in general and...
Better than the last few bikes. Minimal trimming required. Still a pain in the butt. Took me around 4 hours to install. I did not use every section as I did not completely strip the bike to the frame but still have very good coverage.
My local shop will have them on May 27th. Same motor(non-sworks), 840wh battery, same flip chip setup as carbon models, new cable sram 70 transmission, Marzocchi suspension. Not sure on brakes. Price around 5k in the US.
The current DJI motor in both its original form and with the new update are not an option for me here in California. The new ebike regulations make it clear that if the power exceeds 750 watts it is now longer classified as an ebike and as such would be illegal on the local trails I enjoy. To be...
My longest ride on the gen 4 so far has been 30.5 miles 5100 feet elevation. I was in dynamic tune between 40/100 and 60/100. 70% of the time in 40/100. I had 10% left when I got back. I weigh around 205 lbs. I do feel the new stock tires on my S4 Pro are super soft and sticky. There are so many...
Has anyone else ridden the Levo 4 yet. I picked my pro up yesterday and went on a 20 mile loop with 3800 ft of elevation. The bike preformed well in almost all areas but my motor has a significant rattle when descending. This was one of the reasons I moved to the Levo after coming off a Yeti...
The genie sits between the x and x2. The selling point is it has two adjustments for air volume. One is the main air can volume spacers and then a sperate spacers that can go in a different chamber that controls bottom out. I have one on my Levo SL and I have been really impressed with it so far.
Where I live in California the Levo is by far the most popular ebike around by a wide margin maybe 5 to 1. Although this new version is not ground breaking it is definitely an improvement in power and look(in my opinion) so I see why a lot of people who love there old Levos are excited...
The pro comes in dark blue and a grey brown. The blue is a limited color for now. The swat bag is accessible by removing the battery cover and battery. It sits at the top of the down tube. not sure how it is secured.
I would but I am not allowed take pictures or take mine home till Tuesday. If you like the look of the bike otherwise I do not thing the battery cover is going to change make a difference. They did a good job. It looks very clean.
Unlike other brands that recently released their bike it does not seem like Specialized was that focused on weight. I can tell you I have heard that the new motor performance is outstanding(like nothing currently on the market) and the new frame design is one of the best handling all mountain...
