New orbea rise m20 owner. Any tips?

Fox X2? What size frame do you have? Does it fit ok, as I thought the X2 was too wide for the Rise? I'd really like an X2 for my size large Hydro... But worried it won't fit [emoji106]

Orbea rise h30 rumbling noise when climbing

How would the chainring cause that noise? Not convinced.

Rise Up - What are your upgrades?

The Evoc size medium fits in a large frame quite nicely if you flip the pack upside down! It does mean having to loosen the straps before opening the zip due to the Rise's chunky downtube. No big deal... The only stuff I have in the pack is the kit I hope to never need... Inner tube, co2...

    Fidlock

I have the standard Fidlock (600ml?) on my large Rise H30. It fits perfectly [emoji106]

Rise H10 - "clicking" noise when pedalling

Also, buy yourself a mechanic's stethoscope. They are very cheap but really useful. No good for using whilst riding, but with a little practise will assist in tracing noises in various mechanical items [emoji106]

Rise H10 - "clicking" noise when pedalling

My H30 developed a clicking/creaking noise on its second ride. The noise was as you describe... In sync with pedaling. I eventually narrowed it down to the top suspension linkages. Striped, cleaned, greased and torqued it all up. All good now [emoji106]

Change Marzocchi Bomber Z2 from 140mm to 150mm travel?

https://www.marzocchi.com/products/820-02-369-kit?variant=32319921094758 Just fit one of these I believe. I've done similar with Rockshox forks. Easy job [emoji106]

    Sticking power button

It was halfway through a ride, just as me and the Mrs were leaving a cafe. I think it had stuck down from when I switched it off. I sorry of pressed and jiggled it and it eventually popped back up. Worked ok then.

    Sticking power button

Coincidence... Mine just stuck today. It's that Peak District grit... Gets everywhere!

OMG ive just spent 4k on a EMTB- Rise user experiences please

Hi @Plutohora, Nice to meet you out on the trails today. Really enjoying riding the H30... I just need to sort that creak out! Hope you found your route ok yesterday. Give me a shout if you ever want any route suggestions or a ride out in the area. I live in Marple, so on the edge of some great...

    Vitus E-Sommet VR

I posted earlier in the thread about this; I was surprised there was no comment made... Mine had a minor scratch on the headtube. I wasn't much bothered about this, and would have happily kept the bike, but thought I'd see if Wiggle would offer to do anything. I thought I might get offered a...

Hi Alex, Goyt Valley..... Sounds like you live not too far from me (Marple). Loads of great riding around here [emoji106]

Mudhuggers front and rear. The extra extension at the front of the rear guard, is an old, cheapo front guard. No particular brand, but it used to live under the fork brace of my old bike. It keeps most of the crud away from the shock and BB area [emoji106] Looks rubbish though!

    Vitus E-Sommet VR

My E Sommet had some damage to the paintwork on delivery... I really wasnt that bothered because I intend to wear the bike out hammering it around the Peak District, and it WILL get marks on it every time I ride it. Anyway, I thought I'd express my disappointment to Wiggle. They gave me a £300...

    Vitus E-Sommet VR

I'm just under 5'10" I don't have a problem with the 150mm post in the large frame. I have the post sticking out by about 50mm. It could go down another 40mm of needed.

My battery and display went a bit out of sync: the display showed one red bar, whilst the battery showed two green ones. A quick off-on re-synced them. I'd really like it if they made a cheap and light spare battery. Say 200wh or so. Light enough to carry in a pack and enougg power to usefully...

Yep, Boost is great fun but too power hungry! This bike is really encouraging me to get out again. I've had lots of injuries and operations (3 on my left knee). This bike makes riding possible and fun [emoji2] Just spent a load more cash on lights so that I can get out midweek too [emoji106]
