99 bikes had no issue getting 2 crank arms from shimano.. 1 being the impatient one i wanted while the warranty was taking place, and the replacement crank arm which is sitting on my desk as a spare.

I've got 4 chains to rotate through, did 330km on the first chain, starting squeeking a bit after a really wet ride so rotated off to the next one.
If it can make drive components last longer, as claimed, I'll be happy :D
