Had the bike less than a month and only 3 rides old. Went to take whell off to wash it on Sunday and it wouldn't pull through.Unscrewed from frame but would not come out. Used a bit of pressure but the handle came off, as you can see in pic. Greased all round drive side and gently tapped it out...
Forgive the ignorance, but bike is 2 rides old ( first e-bike) and when pedalling backwards the chain will not go backwards / hub does not engage, just a silent spin of the crank...I take it this isn't normal, and if not, what is the problem?

Decoy is in transit and is due for Friday delivery. Are the brakes set up for UK use or do I need to swap them over? If so, can you just unscrew the Stealth -a-majig, or do you need to buy and install new ones?
Hoping very soon to enter the e-bike world and have eyed up the YT Decoy and also the Propain Ekano, although both have 3-4 months waiting times. With the like of the new Shimano battery and now the new Bosch motor and battery I'm having second thoughts and considering holding fire a few months...
