I bought a pair of SRAM DB8s from Banana Industries for £45. I just broke a piston while servicing my Code Rs and when I realised a replacement piston was £25 I figured the DB8s were a no-brainer. I’ve used them before and more than happy with their power and heat management.

I’m sure I read somewhere that Hunt didn’t recommend their wheels for e-bikes as they couldn’t guarantee the hub for e-bikes. (This may have been a specific hub, or I may have invented it in my head). Meanwhile my standard Sun Ringlé Duroc wheels are still going strong after months of abuse.
