    Arm pump/hand fatigue help?

Been following this thread and the great info. Changes so far and all at once: OneUp thick grips, Brake levers nearly parallel to ground, backed off on Fox 38 LSC four clicks with 10 less pounds air pressure and front tire pressure down to 22 (was 25). Rode the same route as I did yesterday...

Levo Gen 4 Gen 4 Sworks and Non-Sworks New Firmware Coming Soon (Yes, Really !)

Partly into the ride railing corners was squirrely. Really didn't want to brush up against a cactus or cholla. Thought maybe something was loose but then noticed the lugs on the rear tire (Butcher) were pulling off. New tire time.

Levo Gen 4 Gen 4 Sworks and Non-Sworks New Firmware Coming Soon (Yes, Really !)

My preliminary impression is positive. Did a 21-mile desert cross country type single track with about 1,100 feet of climbing in Tucson area. A lot of fast and flowy single track. Fairly tame ride but that's what the gang had planned. The update changes the order of the assist modes. Old...

Levo 4 Expert. Received the early access email and just completed the firmware update. Have 20+ mile ride planned for tomorrow in chunky desert terrain. Will be a good test of this update.

Levo Gen 4 Specialized Gen 4 Levo - Official Thread

Just noticed something interesting on the Specialized US webpage. The Turbo Levo Gen 3 Comp Carbon is on sale for $7,499 USD while the Turbo Levo Gen 4 Comp Carbon list price is $7,999. That's only a $500 difference.

Levo Gen 4 Specialized Gen 4 Levo - Official Thread

Waiting to see what the Alloy version with 600w battery is like. That may be the sweet spot for me.

Orbea Rise H15 stock brakes, ok or not?

203 Shimano icetech rotors front and rear. Shimano SLX 4 piston brakes front and rear. Much better on the big descents now. The stock brakes were okay for the cross country type riding.

    M20 or H15?

Great build on that M10. Went with H15 due to the 36 fork and larger battery. Changed the saddle, went to 4 piston SLXs, 203 rotors front and rear. Others in my ride group have M10s and they have the range extenders for the rides we do.

What did you buy your ebike this week?

Yup. Same happened to me. The XT failed spectacularly. Ripped the cage off, bent some links and wrapped around the seat stay. 2 mile walk to a road, made it a single speed for the 5 mile road ride to the car. Have an SLX coming and hope it's better.

    First emtb- carbon or hydro?

Jenson USA weighed it at 44.5 pounds before delivered to me. Then I added peddles, went tubeless, replaced the Rekon with an Assagai and replaced that awful Fizik saddle with a WTB Silverado. Range has been great. Recent ride was 3,400 feet of climbing (two separate climbs) at 17.5 miles and...

Orbea Rise H15 stock brakes, ok or not?

I have an H15 and for me the stock brakes are not adequate for long descents. I've put 203 rotors front and rear which helped. Next upgrade is to 4 piston brakes. Probably 4 piston Shimano SLXs (minimum) which have been good on my Stumpjumper. Main reason for this bike is for those longer...

Fair warning about ordering an H30 from Jenson

For my H15, Jenson listed 6120 brakes (4 piston Deore) and came with 6100 (2 piston). Noticed they changed the brake specs right after I asked about that. The 6100s and the 180 rotors are inadequate for the extended descents I ride. Already put a 203 rotor on front and that helped. There was...

All reviews recommend upgrading tires - worth it?

Been riding my H15 for about a month now. Do not like the Rekon. I'll be moving the Dissector to the rear and putting an Assegai on the front.

    First emtb- carbon or hydro?

Have 2 weeks of ride time on my H15. Handles great and impressed overall. Boost mode is usually too much. Eco and Trail most of the time. Peddles like a heavy enduro bike with "E" off. Brakes will be upgraded to 4 pistons and larger rotors because the shortcomings of the stock brake set up...

    It's here! 2022 Orbea Rise H15

Congrats. My H15 arrived last night from Jenson. Same color and looks much better in person. I unboxed it last night and will start the set up today. Any thoughts on downtube protection?

Does H15 have XT brakes as stock?

I have an H15 on order from Jenson USA and they show it spec'ed with Shimano MT6120 hydraulic disc brakes which are Deore 4 piston. Different than the Orbea spec. A 3/8/2022 ship date.

    Rise H30 price change?

Jenson confirmed to me today the price increase is for new orders only.

    Rise H30 price change?

Oh wow. I have an H15 on order at Jenson and my estimated ship date just slide to 3/8/2022. Placed order right when they came out for $6,299, which is what my order details still shows. But they are now $6,799. That's an 8% increase. That price increase and ship date slide happened today...

    H15 or M20 - paralysed by indecision!

Great info everyone. Have an H15 on order and should arrive in about a month. Main reason was for the Fox 36 fork for the descents I ride. The larger H series battery is a plus because those long climbs are rough on my joints as I get older.
