Hey all, hope you've been doing some nice riding. They've just fitted a new motor on my 22' reign e+2 after a 2month wait. The same day the motor broke down, I forgot to tighten the battery cover before loading the bike on the carrier and lost it while driving home, couldn't find it afterwards...

They didn't tell me the code, I just called them and the person who I've been talking to is out today. I asked his mate to try the motor on another bike to troubleshoot, they say they've got a 2023 reign with good cables, I should have an answer by tomorrow. Thank you both!

Happened to my E+2 when I was still running the stock rear wheel, mechanic took freehub apart and degreased the pawls, they reengaged fine after gunk removed. He may have replaced a spring too. Quick and cheap job.

I had this problem when I first got the bike and then again when replacement frame came defaulted to low. Set flip chip to high and upped the pressure, issue entirely solved and the bike still rides great downhill, for my type of riding.

Hi, I was supposed to receive a 150mm in my Medium E+2, and they sent a 125mm. After I decided I couldn't live with it, simply went to my LBS and had them e-mail Giant about it, and 2 weeks later new dropper arrived totally free of charge, Giant assumed all costs.

Hi mate, thanks for sharing this info. I also have an E+2 and according to this store, the 750wh battery is only compatible with the E+1 and E+0. Since you have the e+2 like me, did your LBS mention such limitations, or could it be simply that the store is giving out incorrect compatibility...

My E+2 (bought in Portugal) is showing a similar crack, I'll be riding with my LBS sales rep on sunday and ask him about it on the inside doesn't seem to be an issue
