Tried to log into the bike today, surprise suprise ride app not working. This app is must be the most useless bike app in the world lol.

Mine was the same on my 2019 entrance. Clear the cache and data on your app and log back in, it will most likely ask you to allow an update and then it'll work again. Is still useless apart from changing assist levels.

Hi all, What garmin sat navs devices do recommend. I'm using the 25 at the moment but want a more detailed map for routes. Also what quality and detail are the garmin maps and do they come pre loaded or do you need to pay extra?

My 2019 trance e has been great but the phone app isn't great in features or connectability reliability.

Looking forward to getting my trance back tm with a new battery and charger. The analogue Hardtail been fun but emtb all the way. LBS offering to dispose of the old battery, not sure if I should keep it. Can they be repaired?

I've had issues after wet rides or cleaning. Dry the contacts then all good.

LBS Store is helping me out. £600 for battery and charger so not as bad as I thought it could be.

One pin on the lead is marked, and slight mark to plastic inside the battery connecter. The battery still holding the charge it had and works on the bike but won't charge and the charger won't work either. They tried it on another trance in store.

Hi, I'm waiting on a call today while off work for a price. It is. The store I purchased the bike from. They are saying that the pins have damage due to the short and giant are apparently saying its user error although I'm pretty certain I plugged it in as normal as always, the lead has a guide...

Hi all, Any ideas how much a giant dealer will charge for a battery and charger for a 2019 trance e +? They are saying mine has shorted out the battery and charger and also saying giant won't cover it in warranty!

I'd be content with that speed increase. Is the device big and does it become an eye sore?

The front mud hugger is great and looks OK. The rear mud hugger is susposed to be good also but looks terrible and it's quite expensive.

What bike are you using it on. The UK 25kmph isn't great 20 mph would be better.

I've got a mud hugger on the front on my trance but after a few muddy rides think I need a rear guard. What are people using out there.

Thinking of getting a garmin to help on planning my rides. Looked at the garmin 520 plus and 820. Which of the two would you all recommend.

I have 1 on 75% and 2 on 150%. Others I've left.
