My e160 struggles to pass the limiter and I've always put it down to running assegai front and rear. Jumped on my wife's rail 5 with its xc style tyres (xr4?) and landed soooo deep on the jumps. Could be the tyres, full 29er, or bosch setup? Either way, it's way faster than my shimano.

The tabs break off easily, and you definitely can't hang the bike over a Ute tailgate without breaking them all off. Speaking from personal experience! I'd recommend getting an amygos bash guard. Great for protecting the motor, and also holds the battery cover on securely.

When looking at a mates e160 700 I noticed his doesn't have this spacer between the fork and frame. His is the same model as mine but slightly newer. Oh and his is medium whereas mine is small. Perhaps it's there to adjust the geometry for the small frame? any ideas?

What model charger do you have? It looks like it has a standard figure 8 input cable? Mine is hardwired so can't be extended which is a pain as the power socket is just a little bit far from my bike rack, so the charger hangs in the air..
