    All bikes using Avinox Motor

4000 miles in on my Amflow so far, with rides from 25 miles to 70miles (3500-5000ft elevation) so I have a pretty good idea on what the performance and battery life is like, just saw a post by Damien Oton the orbea rider mentioning April 9th…so it would seem that the Orbea with Avinox rumour is...

I wouldn’t recommend the DHX2, the shaft/bushing overlap isn’t stable enough for yoke/clevis suspension designs. The Fox DHX is much stronger.

    Amflow general questions and answers

Well you can buy them, they are standard DT Swiss HX1501 spoke sets, they come as a pack of spokes/washers and nipples.

    Forbidden Druid - Avinox Powered

75kg and I’m pretty capable on a bike, have a V10 DH bike, nomad and a giga 290 for enduro. I race local DH and enduro formats. If you watch someone who can ride a bike (like Lewis Buchanan) on the Amflow, they don’t have any issues with flex?

Or a DHF if you’re maxxis inclined, the F and R don’t mean front/rear, it stands for freeride/race.

So todays ride, 10 miles and 1000ft of climbing to work in 27mins full turbo all the way, used 18% battery, no charger at work, Then 39 miles home with 5000ft climbing and for home with 10% battery. And I still find it funny when people do all they can to say bad things about the Amflow without...

newly discovered EMTB frame on the internet

Obviously still most people haven’t ridden the Amflow, at 1000 miles in now and it’s still great, handling is on a par with my Rise and range is crazy, but then I’m not an Middle Ages middle incomed bloke who turbos the crap out of everything. Well I’m two of those…60 miles and 4000ft the other...

Hows everyone getting on with their New AMflow

I had the same issue on my rise until I switched to a different link, either the cascade link or the 2nd generation link.

Hows everyone getting on with their New AMflow

None, but I’m only 75kg. I do ride quite hard though, I’m on my second chain at 910 miles, I swap them at 500 mile intervals.

That’s pretty poor range, are you on a 600wh battery?

    Newest Update Release...

For me, the walk mode hill start assist now works properly, and yesterday I done a 58mile ride with 4500ft of climbing and was left with 30% battery. So that looks a bit better.

Hows everyone getting on with their New AMflow

I have junked the mt5 levers and fitted XT ones, lots more power and modulation due to the cam design and also picked up a 11/6 off of a evil following, I may have to re shim it as the rebound isn’t quite fast enough for me.

Hows everyone getting on with their New AMflow

I’m unsure how to fit an angle set, I can’t see enough space for the bearing unless you went to a straight steerer? The stem and bar were both swapped for a one up cockpit and I didn’t like the linear pull on the MT5 so swapped the levers for XT .

Not possible, however if you up the fork travel to 170 that will slacken it a touch, if you up the fork travel to 170 and go to a zeb or a 38 then the A2C will increase also and that would slacken it even more.
