Has anyone been able to do a firmware reset / re-flash on the syncdrive pro?

I really doubt that since it's a 250w motor and a 500 w/h battery. Meaning it would take 2 hrs at maximum power to deplete the battery. I can't imagine a 10miles climbing could take 2 hrs on an ebike.
I'll add that in Australia, I'm off the understanding that the battery is warranted for 500...
You can adjust the power settings each level has with the phone based app. I've left power level 3,4 and 5 at their factory default settings. And was clarifying that in case others thought i may have lowered the power level.
Upon start up, the bike is on power level 1.
I've got a trance e+ 3 and people often ask me how long the battery lasts.
As of yet i'm yet to fully drain the battery.
However, 1200m of elevation and in about 24km on power level 3 took the battery down to 2/5.
This was at a mtb park with a ~400m of climbing to the the halfway point where...
