The 150 dropper on my 6 month old Rail is very sticky and has been from new. I have to pump it a few times before every ride to sort of wake it up! I took it back to the LBS I bought it from and was told thats how it is and they're just not very good droppers!
Has anyone had much success on this?
I'm having a 'mare trying to get it right. Using a Bontrager side loader with the adjustment holes filed longer and elite fly 550ml bottle but the shock res is still slightly catching the bottom of the bottle! Trying to find a smaller bottle or one with a...
I have the exact same issue on my 2021 Trek Rail 9 which doesn’t have the magnet on the spoke but has it hub mounted. I’ve used 3 different gps speedometers and tested it against other ebikes and the result is always around 2.7 Kph slower than the kiox display reads. I’ve taken it back to the...

Hi guys, newbie here.
Just wondering if any of you Rail owners have had any issues with noisey Zeb forks / headset and the Bontrager dropper and remote?
I’ve done around 100 km on my new Rail 9 GX and for the first 40k everything was fine, then the dropper stopped dropping. I have to bounce on...
Just had a quick look, very nice. If you're happy with the price I'd say go for it. I can't comment on that exact model but Merida do make solid bikes. I really abused that e120, had some big 'offs' and pushed it way beyond its designed purpose but the bike and motor never faulted.
After 20 years of not riding (work, kids, skint etc) my entry into the world of emtb was a 2019 Merida e120. Great geometry and so responsive, I loved it. What model are you after? Are there any left in NZ? Stock in Oz is pretty low from what I can tell.
