SCHWARZWILD Bafang M820 with LCE 930 frame

I've seen it too, but it's probably for the E-road models.

SCHWARZWILD Bafang M820 with LCE 930 frame

The M 820 is currently only available in 36V and 43V versions. My motor is originally a 36V which my salesman flashed for me with the 43v software on request. I only use the 48V battery to get a little more power out of the motor.

    Dengfu E69 Frame - Bafang M820 (lightweight)

Unfortunately, the E69 frame is locked for free sale. Had talked to Mia from Dengfu at the end of last year and had already made an order for a size M frame. The price was also okay, but then I was told there were only a few in stock and they would get back to me. ??? I haven't heard from Dengfu...

    New M820 frame from Seraph/TanTan, the E67.

That means you can already order a frame in size L and just have to wait longer?

    New M820 frame from Seraph/TanTan, the E67.

@JimLee-Lightcarbon, any news regarding the L-size of the LCE 929 ?

SCHWARZWILD Bafang M820 with LCE 930 frame

Nice battery design. I can't see any difference to the M 510 in terms of power reaktion. However, I also have the 43V version.

SCHWARZWILD Bafang M820 with LCE 930 frame

The 48V battery is a 13S with 54.6V end-of-charge voltage, which still works with the 43V version of the M820. However, the 14S battery is a 52V and will only work with a 48V version

SCHWARZWILD Bafang M820 with LCE 930 frame

My bike with the LCES 004 frame is 6 kg heavier and you can already see that in the handling. Downhill, however, I prefer the extra weight. Since I changed the head angle of the LCES 004, the frames are similar in geometry. I don't think there will be a 48V version for the M820 and a 14S3P...

    M820 Bafang - LIGHTCARBON LCE930 Frame (lightweight)

The 43 V software only goes into surge protection at 55.9 V. So enough room for a 13S battery with 54.6 V end-of-charge voltage

What material did you use to make the mounting plates?

There must still be an intermediate cable

SCHWARZWILD Bafang M820 with LCE 930 frame

I think a 13S3P with 21700 cells just fits into the frame. That would be 720 Wh. However, the weight of the bike would increase to over 19 kg.

Yesterday I did a tour of 68 km and 1600 hm without using the range extender. However, only in levels 1+2

SCHWARZWILD Bafang M820 with LCE 930 frame

The engine doesn't get particularly hot. However, I also rarely use level 4 and 5. With the increased voltage, the power is also sufficient in the lower levels. And the first 20km the display remains at 100%

SCHWARZWILD Bafang M820 with LCE 930 frame

    No, I charge it fully and then get 13x 4.2 V = 54.6 V. Then I still have 1V reserve until the overvolt-protection

In fact, I'm still missing the M560 in my collection, not a bad idea 👍

Hi Jim, would you also like a video of the bikes with LCES 004 and LCES 1075 frames? I love them all, every bike can be ridden in a different way. I can't wait to build a new framework from you again.

Thanks for your praise, but what do you understand by riding video? The most I can do is one with a helmet camera, but then you can only see the handlebars. You'd probably rather see the whole bike in action, right?
