Have you got a picture of the new set up and how you're mounting it?
I have a One-Up pump and had to move it from the underside of the top tube to the down tube, but it does knock about a bit.
Chain length and gap look OK to me (obviously without being there hard to tell) I would suggest if it's just hesitant to shift in the middle gears it's the chain wear and cassette pick-ups worn.
Absolutely great stuff!
I find the more I ride, the more movement I'm getting. still have trouble reaching up to top shelves etc at home, but as long as I can ride again, I'm getting better. 11 months in now!!!
I was broken at the time of ordering so the wait didn't bother me too much. It's a pain in the arse to get a decent picture of it though. In the flesh, in the light, it's beautiful.
I used to race XC regionally and did OK top 10% on most outings. I went to Enduro, and struggled against the DH boys for speed on the real gnarly stuff. Retired from racing in my early 40's and I started to hesitate, that was my sign to stop.
That said I had real FOMO last year of Ard Rock, so...
Not sure how i could help, but happily be some sort of tester, as I cant believe it doesn't use Garmin.
Onething that I tried was using an old phone, but it needed to be a newer version of android, which I didn't have spare :(
