@trailwatts What's the deal with the 2022 Levos? Will there be a kit for them? Will the older batteries work with a new wiring harness? Thanks and keep up the good work!
Hey, so I'm a spazz and cant get the shock off. I have undone the bolt on the top non-driveside, but it wont come out, it just spins. On the Drive side, the 5mm bolt came off no problem. Not sure if there is somewhere I should be applying pressure or what? Any tips would be appreciated
With just the power tube, I continue to only use the built in port. I need to get the firmware updated on the power pack as it throws a message when both are plugged in and I attempt to charge. (They work fine together riding). I just take off the power pack and charge it seperate. There is also...
Just putzing around town, the bike felt lighter for sure with the 400 Frame mount vs the 625 PowerTube. I am more about the power than the weight, but I would like to do a nice flowy trail wo/ the extra weight. Nice to know i have 400/625/1025 Options. And that I can easily use a bottle cage...
Changed to no more offensive caps ;) . I'm not yelling I swear lol. Not sure if the point of circling the 60% or so of posts that happen to show the model is pro/anti agreeing with my post, but I agree the Tagging would go a long way moving forward.
Super annoying to click on a subject to find out which bike the posting is about. Since there are 2 main bikes on here, why not start your subject with "WILD- Question about Coil" instead of a generic title. Or is there a way to Tag the model in the posts? I think the Rise is probably a great...
Agree, pretty annoying that the forum is littered with RISE posts. At least can people put WILD/RISE in their subject on their posts so you know which bike the questions are about?
One other thing weight related that was pointed out in another forum... It appears you can run with either the frame mount or the inner frame battery, you don't have to run both at once. So if you are lapping, you can swap as needed. A nice bonus benefit. Or you can charge one up while you are...
I am starting this install process. I got the kit, all the parts, etc. Before you do anything, you can take off the non drive side cover and you will have access to the plugs. You can unplug the power cable and plug in the Y cable, hook up one end to your existing cable and one to your new...
So found it.. The PDF on Orbeas site has the following which might be useful to the next person...
I will still have to figure out exactly where the wires go but this is a good start...
Nice! Also, I have not found any kind of install guides or instructions online. I would prefer to do it myself if possible. Do you have to drop the motor to access the wiring harness? Any tips would be great!
Thanks!
This is awesome to hear, about to install my 400. Nice to be able to charge one while riding, or to have a lighter bike rocking the 400 on short days. As far as battery drain, guessing the system pulls from whatever battery has more juice left first, then will discharge evenly after?
