5500 us plus 300 tariff in the states for base and I think it was 7k plus tariff for comp. The aluminum comp was 1k less than carbon but no wireless. Comp carbon at discount is the move.

Yes, both 840. Comp model alloy and carbon will be the same outside of wireless and carbon. The Carbon Comp seems to be a much better deal for 1k more.

Correct. I know everyone jokes about deal breakers in this thread. But. It’s 2025. Why can’t Bosch send ant+ to a garmin or similar ??? My 21 Levo did it. I had no idea other e-bikes couldn’t do it until I demo’d the vala.

Little things. No screen on vala. No output to my garmin on vala. No bigger battery on vala. Power output on Levo.

I really really REALLY enjoyed riding the vala earlier this year. Coming from someone who had a G2 Levo, G3 Levo and soon G4 levo. 48 pound full power ebike is rad.

Just from the pics i've seen it looks like the motor gets detuned significantly (350w) so it's not like these bikes will be doing 30 mph uphill.

Looking at the pic of the batteries. There’s no way it’s modular. Why do we think that ? It would be awesome if it were. But I don’t see it.
