In the stand, I put mine in a low gear and hold walk mode with the lube nozzle touching the chain. Chain rotates nicely and picks up the lube. I don’t lube the chain unless I clean it first tbh, otherwise you are carrying dirt in so I do t lube on the trail

I can confirm this for the Trek Rail since I have done it and if you remove you 500 battery you will se whether there is a spacer at one end, its obvious if you are looking for it

Hi Rob, I think many people would value your ride review before upgrading components as many buyers will ride the bike in stock form. Then an update as you begin to make changes would be fantastic to share the value of each enhancement. You might just give me a reason to make further changes...

Really looking forward to your review Rob, as I think the bike is awesome out of the box. I bought 2 of these, one each for my son and I, and we love them!! Braking is superb with great modulation, power/motor is fabulous, wheels and tyres have been converted to tubeless and they perform well...
