People have been riding derestricted e-bikes since they were released. Let’s not pretend it’s a new thing or an Avinox thing. When I bought a Levo I was offered for it to be derestricted by the shop. That was 6 years ago.

Only times I have this with mine is when it is slipping between gears and when my chain was too long. That’s over course of a thousand miles on an amflow

When attaching the derailleur make sure to pull it back to take up the tension. If you follow the install guide I posted a page or so back you can’t go wrong. Your chain should be touching anything else though.

Yes I have had the same on my sons amflow. I just started from scratch again with this install I think over time things seem to deteriorate through knocks and use with the t type. It’s good to reinstall and align everything again. My shifting is much better now.

Yes it’s been pretty shit. I know there are only a few of them at forbidden but the inability to give customers firm timelines and being months overdue is a bit crap. I don’t blame the shop they are emailing and calling all the time but get nothing. Or is this usual for the industry now...
