Hey all, I bought my levo sl online during lockdown. My LBS didn’t have my size so I had to purchase from the other end of the country. My LBS is looking to charge £75 for the firmware upgrade my app is telling me my bike is due. Just wondering if this is normal / reasonable? Thanks ya’ll

What's the longest day out you've had on your SL? Post: Kilometres, Battery % Left, Range Extender Used, Terrain, Elevation etc etc

Trying to decide between the aluminium SL or carbon. £1k saving is a lot, so wondering if trimming some weight off the aluminium over time will get close to the carbon weight but still saves money? Or is it a false economy?
