Sadly not when you place your order you have options to add accessories like the thurstmaster, pedals etc and one of these the option to add an additional mech hanger it works out cheaper purchasing one with the bike rather than after too. Hope this helped ?

Yes as far as I know that cable is used to connect power to the Lupine SL front light that you buy from YT.
