Shows how important personal preference and testing a bike is. I'm less concerned about seated position and more about reach which is a standing function, as that's the position I will be in cornering or in the air, where I want to be able to move the bike around under me.

I proscribe to the RAD sizi g principles (check youtube) so use reach = 2.5 x height cm. At 5ft5 that puts me on a small which fits perfectly. Tried a medium which was OK but noticeably less chuckable.

Update - YT have now offered me 700 quid off the new battery and motor as a gesture. Have to admit I'm impressed by the UK service centre.

The Fox 'Performance elite' range have the same internals as fox 'Factory' less the kashima, so essentially the same as the top of the range in all but looks. Edit - corrected above - I should know that as have the Elite's on my Decoy/

I bit the bullet and authorised the repairs as I still love the Decoy - expecting it back in 3-4 weeks. Also went and bought an Orbea Rise M10 as wanted something a bit different to go with the Decoy. Its been an expensive weekend but you can't take it with you........

Wild M10 seems the sweet spot with Fox 38s and float X at 8k.

Apologies for the click bait title, but my 2019 Decoy Pro has packed in, 'E010' and no support. Powering off and on just causes the Steps logo to flash on and off, it never gets as far as the normal display. The battery itself has its LEDs flashing 3 on then 2 on repeatedly when off the bike...

Although not the Fazua, I demo'd a Orbea Rise with the 60nm EP8 RS at the weekend, and was surpised how little a difference to my Decoy with 70nm E8000. I could definately live with the 10nm reduction. I suspect the Fazua will be very similar.

Same here @165, was between s and m on yt chart, demo'd medium in UK and small in Chatel, and went with small. All other bikes have been small. No regrets. Weight gives the bike stability so you don't need it to be the length of a barge. Downsizing retains some flickability..... Is that even a word.

How do you like the 2.6. Thinking of going that way myself. What tyre did u go for.
