It seems wrong to you, it is no problem to disassemble cells. You cut it and then resolder again. Con is 2mm longer cell = no problem. Main problem is BMS..... is it star wars technology to have selfdestruct module? ;) BMS is already destruct but i hope it might be reparable.

Yes, it's a good choice as "only for ride" phone. Don't consider LG G6 as it's replacement. I got LG G6 as a everyday use phone and thats why i use it with BLEvo. As a replacemnet ill try to give a second live for my LG G3 as only for a ride with BLEvo, will see.

Im after 2h ride with BLEvo, Smart HR on LG G6. Screen brightness on 80% fixed (not good visibility on plactic cover) ride with maps. From 100% i drowned battery it down to less than 10% so i suggest another phone if you want to make longer rides with larger battery or at least not UHD screen...

I got cover but instead of its look its it very certain on shakes and moulds. Its a cheap china cover but mounted on stem with plastic straps ill make photos tomorrow. G6 is IP68
