Crestline x DJI - RS 181 SPECTRE Edition

To clarify, you mean it was not fully covered under warranty because you crashed or was this due to frame stand clamping as mentioned above? This is a bit concerning, certainly would love to know why this failed and also why it's not covered under warranty.

    New to E-MTBS - Between Levo 3 and 4.

Great choice, same exact bike and color I suggested for a friend, another first time emtb'er who is loving it currently!! His also came with a black Fox shock I noticed oddly when we scooped it up.. Enjoy that thing! (y)

    New to E-MTBS - Between Levo 3 and 4.

Both great bikes here.. Ride them both back to back to decide which one speaks to you to justify any price difference! ..if you prefer the feel of riding one vs the other you will be more comfortable, have more fun, and get more riding pleasure out of it over time!! That's where the true value...

Yeahp.. C3 every darn time, first thing!! All that torque and wattage, such a shame to cut it off right when things get interesting... where is the unlimited mode for when you are in area's without power restrictions Avinox?!!

Specialized Turbo Levo Gen 3 creaky headset — anyone else had this?

I actually was mistaken and my Levo 3 had the FSA headset when I made the post above.. but it was still super creaky and needed cleaning and greasing often to keep her quiet. The Cane Creek 40 on my new bike seems superior so far, not one darn squeak or creak yet!! I would take the stem off...

#1 is awesome, congratz!! Is the plastic guide tube in the box? Try going from the bb area up into the chainstay with the flexible plastic guide. Look through the hole to see it coming up then grab it with a small hook to pull it through. Once the guide is through you can tie it to the cable, I...

WARNING - Do not pay AmFlow via direct bank transfer and expect a refund

Oh big Ted, I was friendly. If there is an idiot on this thread you are referring to, do you think it may be the guy that states he has dealt with the "ruthless Chinese business wise for years" yet makes a huge internet purchase directly from his bank account to a Chinese company then cancels it...

WARNING - Do not pay AmFlow via direct bank transfer and expect a refund

More bashing, what a shocker! I never said "outstanding service" only they made a wrong situation right at the end. We all make mistakes, it is how we own up to them that matters ultimately. People deserve to know this without reading 5 pages of slander I feel. Apologies for chiming in at all...

WARNING - Do not pay AmFlow via direct bank transfer and expect a refund

I wasnt shamefully defending the company more so than suggesting the title of the thread was misleading. You corrected me though, it was an anomalous scenario, not payment method. Thanks for that. Misleading post titles seem to take away value from the forum for me if I need to read 5 pages of...

    Authorities are waking up...

The more I read about regulations and "issues" the more fun those Surron's are sounding to me.. maybe I should get one while I can!! Issues though? It's really how and where you ride vs what you ride that can actually pose risk to yourself and other's. Cranking down the watts or pedal vs...

WARNING - Do not pay AmFlow via direct bank transfer and expect a refund

Reading this sounds to me like the subject of the thread needs to be edited immediately and/or it is misleading. The "warning" simply does not apply any longer and defaces Amflow inaccurately unless you read the full thread in my opinion. Kudos to Amflow for taking great care of you despite...

Even with how busy he must be, Troydon got my shuttle guard shipped out already and it's coming Thursday! Good note about the ridewrap patch. The guard is a stick on, so the ridewrap patch could go likely go underneath if wanted. I think I may go for the patch too since it's free, thanks a...

Wasn't sure this day would ever come, but they are in stock now... Just scooped up the "shuttle guard" to cover the hole left in the ridewrap kit! Hope this helps others in the same dilemma.. you are cordially invited to chuck gravel onto the frame!!

Fine tuning is bound to be part of the new build experience, gl with the sale but that should go quickly! Speaking of fine tuning, I noted Oneup has facilitated the "family" with a timely massive sale going on now for anyone needing to hone in their riding position. Good time to experiment...

Super nice @ccornacc!! Time pedals? Been running those forever myself! Switched to the Xysto for Lindsey. Love the extra platform and width for ultimate stability and handling. And they seem to be the easiest to engage of any I have used (although they all work good all the "time"). And they...

Speaking of upgrades, how are you guys tracking battery usage per ride?! Come on Avinox, my old Levo 3 tracked battery usage and assist mode % used per ride. Oh yeah, it tracked jumps too even.. guess it was just ahead of its time?!

Upgrading is definitely a massive part of the hobby, extract all the enjoyment you can however you can! If or when my 40 bearings go out, this may be the time to move to those nifty Hellbender bearings in my mind. I hear they pop right in, and you get to keep the lizard! ;)
