    Whyte Karve Evo

I`d like to know why no 700wh battery and if they plan on adding in the future I`m between this and the Atherton and don`t like leaving beans on the table, so would probably take the Atherton if no option to get the full power from this new motor.

    Avinox M2S

so does the M1 - I`d be willing to bet money it`ll work the same. Won`t get to upgrade mine till October though so someone else will have to confirm once they`ve got their hands on one.

Unpair bike from app, turn on VPN connected to a USA server (i used California), repair bike with app, done. If you are lucky you`ll get the option to change speed from the display as well (it'll appear at the bottom of the list/scroll down). If not it`ll have defaulted to 20mph anyway. If it...

Unless your bike is different, your VPN didn`t work. Have changed back and forth from HK to UK multiple times (as I don`t take it on the road with it set to 28mp). Don't even delete data and no need for fake GPS. Just unpair (from app) and repair with VPN on. Edit - just noticed you`ve talked...

Can confirm that when I did the update I was connected to USA VPN server (California) and my bike updated to the US software that has the options to change Class/top speed. Couldn`t do it before and don`t know if it`s a one time deal with this update or not.

    Amflow tuning?

45kph limit mate - though the rumour was, if you`ve never updated the bike from new, it would be unlimited.

4 ebikes - UK ball mount rack?

I thought most ball type tow bars were limited to about 80kg. Towing weight is different and you might know this as I don`t know what nose weight means. these things are clamping on to the ball not resting on it like a trailer that is supported by wheels. Only so much clamping force you can...

    Amflow tuning?

Both methods are the same - go to the derestricted thread on here to find out how. Choose (set VPN to) USA for 20mph or NZ for 28mph.

Downshift issue? X0 Eagle, Smooth shift/Chain Protection

Roger Wilco - maybe the Chain Protection feature then. Either way, point stands, my bike will occasionally restrict power after the gear change has happened and take a few seconds to kick back in and I`m looking to see if others are experiencing the same? *updated thread title

Downshift issue? X0 Eagle, Smooth shift/Chain Protection

I`m noticing, in some instances (usually at the most troublesome time), that there is a large lag to the power coming back that appears when changing to an easier gear. It`s about half a second to maybe max two seconds, where the drive is pretty much no existent. Gear has shifted fine and I'm...

Yep, being delivered today as well and think I only paid them on Monday. Nice turnaround IMO, thought it would be a few weeks from China, obvs have it in UK stock.

Anyone know of an aftermarket option for crank cover?

Sorry, missed your post - yeah had seen that, add in the £5 delivery and that only need one part of it makes for an expensive option in my book

Anyone know of an aftermarket option for crank cover?

its a self extracting bolt thing as well as to stop debris - you leave it in whilst undoing the 8mm hex and it pulls the crank off for you, with no need for a puller. I was hopping it would be a generic part, thinking about it, I could see if one from my other bikes will go on 💡

Anyone know of an aftermarket option for crank cover?

Mines worked itself loose whilst out riding. Need to replace it and was wondering if I can get a non-Amflow one from in the UK for quicker delivery? My searches so far haven`t turned up anything apart from the (i think Shimano) ones you need the tool with the nubs for, and i`m not even sure...

AXS T-Type not shifting properly on new bike

You're not wrong, quite right in fact, though if you change up high enough it will release itself :)

AXS T-Type not shifting properly on new bike

That pic looks slightly out of alignment - the two notches should line up and from what I've read and done with mine, they need to be pretty close to perfectly aligned. Mine would skip 8 on the way down, and was millimetres out, got it close to perfect on the notches and now it works better...

    Cant get my feet comfy

Those look very nice but I've ridden the DMRs for 5 years on my old bike and never had an issue, so will stick to those (and they are 1/3rd the price) :)

    Cant get my feet comfy

Thank you both, I messed up - should have bought V12, just checked my old bike and it has v12`s not v8`s. Off to the shop I go
