I wouldn't buy another Spesh Mine fell apart due to very little PDI checks, 38 forks were full of grease and didn't work, rear shock was warranted as many were. Wheels were rubbish, ended up buying new ones. The shop I bought it from has been lousy and has tried to scam he into buying things...

I bought my bike just over a year ago (KSL) and also have two range extenders. In the settings you used to be rinse an extender first, replace with a water bottle if you wanted and then burn the main battery That option went soon after buying the extenders with app updates 😠

Recently went from a 5 to a 7 as they were in a sale late last year. Wanted a longer lasting battery. I charged this a week ago and have ridden with it couple of times this week (short and digging). Still wont need a charge for quite a long time

Cheers @steve_sordy I think it's just the shop trying to pull my pants down. They said the chain needs swapping too and it's the third one and has done only 15 miles. (One ride) I know because I measure them and swap out when needed. Thanks 👍🏻

Shop reckons my cassette needs changing after 800miles. My old eyes can't see enough damage to warrant it. New lower spec cassette also in image for reference. What do you think? 🤔
