Hi Stefano No, as I said the cartridge is like new, there is no damaged to the threads on the unit. (See image below). If you have crossed threaded your last unit, then its quite possible that you have damaged the threads on your fork too..... DPD delivery fully tracked service is £10.00...

Yes, there is supposed to be a hole there. It is to allow the shaft of the Thrushaft to pass into under compression. Do not plug it! Obviously not required if using any other shock… G
