Oh I understand but the brands not offering choice will lose customers. Plus companies don’t always get trend right, plus size 27.5 is a good example. Anyway looking at the history of YT they will come good an offer both wheel setups 😃

If you are short follow the trend or a sheep. I follow what I prefer and that is a full 29 set up.

If you are medium size and ride in a particular way then maybe. But I prefer full 29er and the stability. The way forward is a bike that can be run either way. Also larger size frames look like dogs having a poo.

I am 186cm and went XL, perfect fit for me.

Interestingly my 24 Wild FS does the exact same thing. I swapped out the dreadful split spacers and stem for a normal stem and spacers and it makes cracking noises. I am fairly sure it’s the routing of the cables internally that is the issue.

I heard something similar a while back but the SRAM motor was mentioned and the name was from an old old model. Exciting! Might get me back on a Santa Cruz.

Far far less hassle than the dreadful split lunacy it comes with. The bike should come like this as standard. The remote is bluetooth so no cable. Dropper cable runs in the down tube but I have yet to replace one on the bike.. I have zero rattles, in fact it’s virtually silent!
