If you have a heat gun, it is quite easy to bend. It does take a while to get enough heat into it to bend it.

Hi. I’ve sold out of guards at the moment. I should have more made by this week.

It’s attached using an anodised aluminium bracket which is supplied with the guard. Material is 9mm thick.

The bracket is cnc machined aluminium which is then anodised black. I don’t really want to show a photo of it close up as it took ages to get it right and I don’t want it copied. I may cut some down like StuE has done if there is the demand however the standard one will fit. I could stock...

It bolts to a specially made bracket that I supply with the guard.

I do sell guards for Meridas but they will fit the Vitus. If you look at post #13 from early in this thread it show one on my mates Vitus. The fit is not perfect but it’s a damn site better than anything else out there. If you message me I’ll give you the link to where you can buy them.

I don’t make one for the 2020 model yet. I need to get my hands on a bike to get dimensions.
