I bought the shorter one for my wife's bike and ended up swapping them over, purely asthetics on my part, she's none the wiser!

It works well IMO, has a fair bit of adjustment so you can get it pretty much where you want. Once set up it takes seconds to fit/remove. I've got the 29er version but the 26 would do the job as well and be a bit easier on the eye. Only difference is the length.

I use the Topeak Defender rear guard, it's not a looker either but is quick release.

Well, after about a month at the LBS turns out it is the battery after all!! Bearing in mind I told them this on day one maybe they should give me a job in diagnostics? Waiting on Specialized giving the nod for a new bat now so, at this rate, should hopefully have it back by July!

Fitted the V3 a couple of weeks back, they've done away with the flimsy lugs and the plastic feels a lot stronger than the V2. Still a total rip off though:)
