2 treks down at the same time both with same 500 & 550 errors.. both on similar milage (2000ish) just a coincidence???

So 2022 rail ordered today due in January 🤘🤘.. my old girl (rail 2020) has done an awesome job so sticking with the same bike just a shiny new one 😍.. even tho the only components that are staying is the frame, motor and battery 🤦🤣🤣
